01 Day: Arrive: Delhi
Meeting and assistance on arrival at the International airport, our representative welcome and escort you by a private car and transfer to the hotel . Overnight stay in Delhi
02 Day: Delhi
After breakfast take sightseeing tour of historic city visiting Old Delhi visiting the majestic Red Fort- a marvel in red sandstone, Jama Masjid- the largest mosque in India, both built by emperor Shah Jahan of Taj Mahal fame, Rajghat - memorial of Mahatma Gandhi & a Rickshaw ride past through the silver street in Chandani Chowk, the city tour continues covering New Delhi, visiting Rashtrapati Bhawan- one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys; the India Gate, a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war; the Laxmi Narayan Temple- built by the Birlas, one of India’s leading industrial families; Humayun’s Tomb, lotus shaped Bhai’s Temple , Qutub Minar- built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty; in the evening you can visit to see speculative Light and Sound Show at Red Fort. Return to the hotel for overnight at the hotel.
03 Day: Delhi - Corbett: (275 kms - 6 hours)
Today morning after breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Corbett on arrival, transfer to the Jungle Lodge. After lunch take a Jeep safari for tiger tracking with expert guide. Evening free for leisure and individual activities. Dinner and overnight at the jungle resort.
04 Day: Corbett National Park
Early morning after breakfast enjoy the Elephant Safari inside the park till the lunchtime. Return to the resort for lunch afterwards takes jeep safari to the Bijrani area of Corbett to find the Elusive Tiger - now the cynosure of the questing eye. The Corbett Park with its varied topography, diverse Flora & Fauna, the beauty of the rivulets, the natural splendor of its landscapes. Later return to the resort. Evening free for leisure and relax. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
05 Day: Corbett - Delhi: (280 kms - 5 ½ hours)
After breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Delhi, on arrival transfer to the hotel. After some relaxation the evening is free for leisure and individual activities. Optionally you can opt for shopping in the near local market. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
06 Day: Delhi - Jaipur (260 kms - 5 hours)
After breakfast checkout and drive to Jaipur, en route visit to magnificent Neemrana Fort, you can have lunch at this fort (converted into a heritage hotel), on arrival at Jaipur transfer to the hotel. In the evening visit Birla Temple. Later at the time of dinner visit at unique 5 star ethnic resort - Chokhi Dhani for dinner in village ambience with puppet shows, folk dances, astrology, camel ride. Return to the hotel for overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.
07 Day: Jaipur
Today after breakfast explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, situated just outside the city, enjoy the experience of ride on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon sightseeing tour of City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum. Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen, all monuments are located in the vicinity of City Palace Complex of Jaipur. Later late afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets of Textiles, Gems, Carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs. In the evening you may take a Rickshaw ride to explore the colourful market of Jaipur. Overnight at the hotel.
08 Day: Jaipur - Ranthambhor (180 Kms - 3 ½ hours)
After breakfast checkout and drive to Ranthambhor. On arrival transfer to the Jungle resort. Later in the after noon take a canter safari accompanied by an expert naturalist at the tiger reserve of Ranthambhor. Overnight at Ranthambhor.
09 Day: Ranthambhor
Today morning take Jungle Safari by open Canter accompanied by an expert naturalist to explore The Ranthambhor wildlife Sanctuary, one of the best places in India to see a tiger in its natural habitat. In the dry season tigers can be seen near the watering holes and are clearly visible in the dry forest. Return to the hotel for a lunch. Later visit Ranthambhor Fort overlooking the National Park and Jogi Mahal. Also visit the famous Temple of Ganesha in the Fort. Rest of the evening free for leisure activities at the jungle resort. Overnight at Ranthambhor.
10 Day: Ranthambhor - Agra (280 kms 4 - 5 hours)
Today morning optionally you can go for early morning jungle safari, later check out the hotel and drive to Agra, en route visit Old Deserted Town of Mughal Dynasty - Fatehpur Sikri built in red sandstone in honour of Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Each important construction here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwan-e-Khas, Punch Mahal, the Tomb of Salim Chisti, and the Bulund Darwaza. After visit continue to proceed to Agra, on arrival transfer to the hotel. In the evening you can visit inlay handicraft market. Overnight at Agra.
11 Day: Agra - Umaria (Bandhavgarh) (By train)
Early morning witness incomparable Taj Mahal at the time of Sunrise, the architectural modern day wonder of the world; this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. The tour continues with a visit to the Agra Fort from where one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort, which lies across the river Jamuna. Later visit the Pearl Mosque and the Tomb of Itamad-ud-Daula built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Later check out the hotel and transfer to railway station to board the afternoon train for Bandhavgarh. Overnight at the board.
12 Day: Bandhavgarh
Assistance on arrival at Umaria Railway station early morning and transfer to the Forest Lodge in Bandhavgarh (45 Kms). On arrival check-in at the Jungle Resort. The density of the tiger population at Bandhavgarh is relatively high. The possibility of spotting Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Leopard and Tiger is very good. The park is also densely populated with animals like the Chital (Spotted Deer), Sambhar, Barking Deer, Nilgai (Blue Bull), Chowsingha, (Four Horned Antelope) and is rich in bird life. The terrain is rocky, rising sharply from the swampy and densely forested valley. Overnight at the lodge.
13 Day: Bandhavgarh
Morning after breakfast take a jeep safari in the sanctuary. The Forest Department has devised an ingenuous system of tracking the tiger at this Park. Every day, early in the morning, elephants and their "Mahouts" (drivers) are sent out into the jungle, in search of the Tiger. Once it has been sighted, a radio message is flashed to the Forest Ranger, who in turn informs the visitors in their jeeps, who are then taken on elephant-back, into the bush, to see the elusive Tiger. Overnight in Bandhavgarh.
14 Day: Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho (240 kms 5-6 hours)
After breakfast check out and drive to Khajuraho, on arrival transfer to the hotel. If time permits you can take a half-day sightseeing of Khajuraho. Overnight at the hotel in Khajuraho.
15 Day: Khajuraho
After breakfast explore Khajuraho, is worldly known for its magnificent temples of erotica built between 950 A.D. and 1050 A.D. Khajuraho - The very name, Khajuraho, arouses strange dreams even in daytime. Of full bodied feminine forms frozen in stone, so real that you wonder whether they might come alive at a touch. Khajuraho is world heritage town, the temples are scattered in an area of 8 sq km. After relaxation take a sightseeing tour of Western group of Temples consisting of the massive Laxman Temple dedicated to lord Vishnu, the Laxmi and Varaha temples dedicated to Vishnu’s consort Laxman, the Kandariya Mahadev temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and the Chausath Yogini temple dedicated to goddess Kali. Also visit Archaeological museum with its collection of stone sculptures of the Chandela dynasty. Later take a sightseeing tour of Eastern group of Temples and visit the Jain temples of Parsvanath, Adinath, and Shanti Nath. Also visit the temples of Vamana and Brahma/Hanuman both dedicated to lord Vishnu. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
16 Day: Khajuraho - Delhi (By Air)
After breakfast the morning free for relax. Later check out the hotel and transfer to the airport to board afternoon flight for Delhi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the evening you can visit enjoy the light and sound show at Red Fort. Return to the hotel for overnight at Delhi.
17 Day: Delhi - Home Town (By Air)
The day is free for relaxation and individual activities, later transfer to the international airport to board the scheduled flight for hometown. On departure the tour concludes with happy memories.
